The 70′s were a funny time in skateboarding. At times, the industry and the public at large tended to view it almost as a carnival ride or amusement park attraction. Case in point, Skateball. Skate and Annoy received a couple old pictures of a Skateball installation at the Olympic Skatepark in Crystal Lake Illinois a few years back when SnA was being updated on a very infrequent basis. Skateball was basically pinball on a halfpipe, where the skater simulated the ball. It’s one of those things you hear rumors about but don’t quite give them credit unless you actually see it. Five pictures and a little history on Skate and Annoy.

3lbs Frankferd Farms maple nut granola
.5lb sunflower seeds
.33lb flax seeds
+
dried fruits which I’ve found in packs of:
-cranberries, black currant, cherries, pomegranate, raspberries (6oz)
-cherries, blueberries, strawberries (8oz)
-golden raisins, cherries, cranberries, blueberries (8oz)

all mixed up ahead of time
then scooped to order!
Today, mixed it in with some vanilla soy yogurt.

DIY cereal, easy peasey.

Oh, and re: that TO DO list of games(83) that were down Saturday night(9.15)…

Time to make the donuts.

Thanks to everyone who filled out and left an out of order detail sheet, taped over a bunk coin slot, nagged a tech til one of us fixed an issue- easy but pertinent, or in the case of Mike T, went meta and hit me with the list pictured. Been on my fridge at home ’til today. Your help helps us make this place what it is.
