Registration for Pinburgh 2014, the largest pinball tournament in the world, will be opening on Monday, January 13, at precisely noon Eastern!
400 players will be permitted to play in the event. Once all 400 slots in the tournament have filled, we will maintain a waiting list and assign players as slots become available.
Important notes about payment: The registration fee is $175, of which $50 is non-refundable. Payment must be made immediately in order to maintain your position on the waiting list. If you are paying by credit card, you will be charged the same day for the full amount. If you are paying by PayPal, you must submit the full amount (to
sales [at] papa.org) within two hours of registering. Please only sign up for one of the limited openings if you are confident you can attend the event.
Of this fee, $150 goes to the prize pool, while $25 represents a fee which will offset some of the costs of preparing and maintaining the facility for the event.
If you are planning to attend but not competing, please note there will be fewer games (approximately 200) available to the general public than during the World Championships in August. If you are planning on competing, please note that we are making several improvements based on player feedback and are fully committed to running not only the largest, but also the best match-play pinball tournament in history. The games will be arranged to allow more space for the competitors than ever before as well as several additional improvements that will make your tournament time at PAPA Headquarters more enjoyable.
